Fall Back – Time to Change Your Clocks

Can you believe it is that time again? Time to change our clocks, of course. We had to “Spring Forward” and lose and hour of sleep but now we get to “Fall Back” and savor a little extra rest.

While we all enjoy that extra hour of shut eye every fall, we now know that sleep is not something you can “catch up” on. Once sleep time is lost, it is gone forever.
